Welcome to Insights
What you'll find here, who it's for, and the operator-grade frame we're writing under.
The work behind every post comes from real engagements and operational research. A founder we sat with, a system we installed, an outcome we measured.
Who This Is For
From the first-time founder to the team twenty hires in, watching makeshift systems buckle under growth.
Different symptoms, same underlying question: keep duct-taping, or install something durable? Most of what we write is for the people who’ve decided to install.
Most teams don’t have a software problem. They have a systems problem.
What You’ll Find Here
We publish in two formats, both intentionally short:
Insights. Sharp, single-idea essays. Operational principles, unintuitive findings from data work, and the gap between what software promises and what happens once a real team uses it.
Case studies. Anonymized engagement walk-throughs: symptom, diagnosis, system installed, outcome. Bullets, not narrative. Real numbers where we have permission to share them.
Both live in the same index. Case studies carry an accent badge for faster scanning. Insights publish more frequently; case studies land when an engagement closes and there’s something measurable worth sharing.
The best operators usually recognize the problem before they can fully name it. Schedule a call when you’re ready to install something durable.
If your operation has the same shape
That's the kind of work we do.
