 David specializes in operations optimization, data analytics, and process improvement for growing businesses. Certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) and Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), he brings a strategic, data-driven approach to solving operational challenges.

With experience across construction, legal, and healthcare sectors, David has delivered measurable results through process redesign and automation. His expertise includes workflow optimization, Power BI dashboard development, CRM integration, and implementing systems that reduce manual work.

Currently pursuing a dual Masters in Business Administration and in Data Analytics & AI at Florida Gulf Coast University, David combines strategic thinking with hands-on implementation to help clients achieve operational excellence.

Adan is an experienced IT leader specializing in digital transformation, systems integration, and technology strategy. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of California, Merced and combines technical expertise with strategic program management.

As an IT Director, Adan has successfully managed technology operations for organizations with 250+ devices, developed long-term IT strategies, and led cross-functional technology initiatives. His experience includes implementing scalable infrastructure solutions, optimizing Google Workspace environments, coordinating complex projects, and building user-friendly digital platforms that enhance operational efficiency.

With a proven track record leading teams, managing budgets, and driving organizational growth, Adan delivers practical, cost-effective technology solutions that help businesses streamline operations and achieve their goals.
