David is an operations and data specialist who helps businesses improve efficiency through clearer workflows, streamlined processes, and practical data insights. With experience across healthcare, legal, and construction industries, he has improved operational systems, redesigned intake and scheduling workflows, implemented CRM automations, and built decision-support dashboards used by business leaders.

He holds certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) and Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), bringing a structured, analytical, and process-focused approach to every engagement. David is currently completing a dual graduate path—a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Systems and a Master of Science in Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence—combining strategic thinking with advanced analytics and modern technology.

David’s work centers on simplifying complex operations, reducing manual effort, and giving business owners the clarity and operational confidence they need to make smarter, more informed decisions.

Adan is an experienced IT leader specializing in digital transformation, system integration, and practical technology strategy for growing businesses. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of California, Merced, and blends technical expertise with hands-on program management.

As an IT Director, Adan manages technology operations for organizations with 250+ devices, leads long-term IT planning, and oversees cross-functional technology initiatives. His experience includes implementing scalable infrastructure solutions, optimizing Google Workspace environments, coordinating complex projects, and building user-friendly digital platforms that improve day-to-day operations.

With a proven track record of leading teams, managing budgets, and improving operational efficiency, Adan delivers cost-effective technology solutions that help small businesses streamline processes, strengthen their digital systems, and operate more reliably.
