ZLDA Group was founded by two people who've spent years inside businesses, solving operational problems, integrating tools, and making things work. We're not a big firm. We do the work ourselves. We work best with growing teams that have outgrown spreadsheets, ad-hoc processes, or duct-taped systems and need their operations to run reliably as they scale.

David Tanis

David is an operations and data specialist who helps growing businesses bring order to complex, fast-moving environments. His work focuses on designing clear workflows, streamlining processes, and turning messy operational data into practical decision support for leadership teams.

With 8+ years of experience across healthcare, legal, and construction, David blends Lean Six Sigma discipline with modern analytics and automation. He has redesigned intake, onboarding, and scheduling workflows, implemented CRM and process automations that reduced manual follow-up, and built KPI dashboards and financial models that give leaders real visibility into performance. He is also skilled in translating day-to-day operational needs into simple SOPs, checklists, and systems that teams can actually run.

David's approach centers on simplifying complexity, reducing manual effort, and helping founders regain confidence in how their business operates day to day.

Adan Padilla

Adan is an experienced IT and digital solutions leader specializing in system integration, infrastructure, and practical technology strategy for growing businesses. He works closely with teams to ensure technology supports operations rather than becoming another source of friction.

Adan has led long-term IT planning, overseen cross-functional technology initiatives, and implemented scalable infrastructure solutions for organizations with complex operational needs. His experience includes optimizing digital work environments, coordinating complex projects, and building user-friendly platforms that improve day-to-day operations.
