David works at the intersection of operations and technology, helping organizations turn fragmented workflows, spreadsheets, and informal processes into clearer, more reliable systems.

His work spans operational discovery, process redesign, requirements, data architecture, analytics, automation, and software implementation. He has designed internal operations platforms, client portals, ordering systems, workflow tools, and decision-support solutions across healthcare, legal services, architecture, education, and small-business operations.

David holds an MBA in Information Systems and is completing an MS in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. He is also a Project Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Supply Chain Professional, and IBM Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner.

He previously served in the U.S. Navy Reserve as a Seabee and teaches Business and Technology as an adjunct professor at Florida SouthWestern State College.

Adan Padilla

Adan leads technology and IT operations across two K-8 campuses serving more than 400 students and staff. His responsibilities span network infrastructure, device management, systems administration, vendor coordination, budgeting, security, and day-to-day support.

He designed and implemented the processes and systems behind a 400-plus-device environment, replacing fragmented manual work with structured asset tracking, clearer controls, stronger security, and more reliable support. His technical experience includes enterprise networking, Cisco Meraki, Google Workspace administration, identity and access management, device lifecycle management, and multi-site infrastructure.

Adan earned a degree in Economics from the University of California, Merced. He has also led a tutoring center supported by a $3 million school district grant, overseeing more than 30 staff and 300 students. He is fluent in Spanish and supports bilingual teams, vendors, and clients directly.

At ZLDA Group, Adan leads technology and IT operations across client systems, infrastructure, websites, and implementation.
