We start with a defined workflow or business problem, then match the scope to the work. Small assessments lead to scoped builds, and scoped builds can grow into embedded support when it earns it.

Workflow Assessment
The smallest first yes. We review one workflow, map what is happening today, identify bottlenecks, and deliver a clear recommendation or usable artifact.
Flat fee
Few hundred to low four figures, scoped first.
- Working sessions with the people closest to the process
- Workflow map, bottleneck analysis, and short written assessment
- One usable artifact when appropriate: SOP, dashboard, prototype, or automation plan
